<p>An enumeration type consists of a set of named values.</p>
<p>An enumeration value may be specified as either a string:</p>
<pre class="qml"> <span class="type"><a href="qml-text.html">Text</a></span> { <span class="name">horizontalAlignment</span>: <span class="string">"AlignRight"</span> }</pre>
<p>or as <tt><Element>.<value></tt>:</p>
<pre class="qml"> <span class="type"><a href="qml-text.html">Text</a></span> { <span class="name">horizontalAlignment</span>: <span class="name">Text</span>.<span class="name">AlignRight</span> }</pre>
<p>The second form is preferred.</p>
