Qtiplot was moved from berlios to sourceforge but the development
seems to be stalled.  There exist several forkes repositories on
Github.  One of these

    https://github.com/aldomann/qtiplot

seems to be interesting due to some updates that seem to be more
recent.  May be we can drain some patches from there.
