Description:
The Java Development Kit (JDK) is a software development environment used for
developing Java applications and applets. (linux-x64)

How to update:
For the `current` subdirectory:
1. Find the specific version you want to update from
   https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html
2. Click DOWNLOAD for specific version
3. Accept License Agreement
4. Download "Linux" version
5. Unzip compressed files to //third_party/jdk/current
6. Run "cipd create --pkg-def cipd.yaml" to create cipd package and get instance ID
7. Update instance ID in //DEPS

For the `extras` subdirectory:
1. Find the rt.jar file that you want to update to, the current one is from
   /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.8.0-openjdk-amd64/jre/lib/rt.jar, for java 1.8.0.
2. Replace the rt.jar file under `extras`.
3. Run `cipd create --pkg-def cipd_extras.yaml` to get instance ID.
4. Update instance ID in //DEPS.
