.B quickrecord_applet
is a GNOME applet that allows you to perform one click recording of
audio data, with an optional pre-record buffer which can prevent the
loss of data in the time between your decision to start recording and
time the record button is clicked.

This program follows the usual GNU command line syntax, with long
options starting with two dashes.
