  o Makefile fixes. It should compile now on more systems.

  o The mode list now has an icon in the current mode.

  o Added a "properties" window providing the ability to :
     - Invert the mode switching order of the '-' and '+' buttons.
     - Disable the tooltip on the taskbar icon.
     - Select to use a pixmap or an asterisk '*' to mark the current
       mode in the mode list.
     - Select to also show the dotclock in the mode list.

  o Several small changes and optimizations.

  o Added this ChangeLog file. :)
