src/parse_sources.c: handle arch:all more sanely
An arch:all package is buildable on $arch if the source package's
architecture list either contains $arch, all or "all $arch", i.e.
it's not if neither the current arch nor any are included and if
the arch list does not equal a single all.
Furthermore this patch strips the whitespace from the architecture
list, so the offsets in the debug output are no longer necessary.

src/arch_specific.c: apply a syntax check onto P-a-s
Ensure that any non-empty, non-comment line has at least a colon
in it and bail out if this is not the case instead of just
continuing as usual.
This also fixes a subtle off-by-one error introduced in
41ee93c0616023fb79f5b1961560ecbac402c418 which caused quinn-diff
to segfault on lines without any colon.

src/parse_sources.c: rework source architecture handling
The old code used Packages-arch-specific as the authoriative data source
about which package should be built and where. Nowadays we get more
information about the source architectures from the Sources file. This
patch ensures that the information found there is taken as authoriative
unless overridden through Packages-arch-specific. This gives the
maintainer more power and requires less changes to P-a-s with the drawback
that such architecture lists cannot be changed without an upload.
However this is not a problem we can solve nowadays because dpkg-dev bails
out when the current architecture is not found in the architecture list.
Due to the current buildd architecture there are not many people who would
then bring that build to completion.

src/utils.c: process line continuations in parse_package
Line continuations (space as first character in a line) were just skipped
with the previous implementation. Now they are processed, except for
descriptions, which are still skipped. This enables quinn-diff to read
overlong binary fields in Sources files. It might also be desirable to
skip Files and Checksum-* fields, which usually use continuations too
but are not necessary for quinn-diff's operation.

src/parse_{packages.sources}.c: fixup assumptions about xfree
xfree used to NULL the pointer freed, which was possible due to it being
a macro. Sadly the destination strings for parse_package need to be NULL.
This patch makes those assumptions explicit by setting the freed pointers
to NULL where necessary.

get rid of xmalloc/xfree and use glib's functions instead
glib provides a g_malloc and a g_free which do what we want (i.e. abort
on ENOMEM and return on free with a NULL pointer). Reduce the code size
a bit by dropping our custom-made xmalloc implementation.

gcc can be instructued through __builtin_expect to consider some branches
more or less likely to be taken. Add a set of GPLed C compiler attribute
checks from the xine project as acinclude.m4, check for __builtin_expect

Be more careful with --ignore-arch-all
Historically, dpkg-source would output "Architecture: any" on any source
package that built binaries for more than one architecture. As of
dpkg-dev version 1.15.1, it spells out each architecture, so we end up
with architecture lines like
Architecture: all amd64 i386 ia64
for a package that builds arch-all binaries, plus architecture-specific
binaries on amd64, i386, and ia64, but not on any other architectures.
This patch changes the ignore_arch_all logic in parse_sources() to
ignore a package with "all" in the architecture list only if it also
doesn't find the current architecture (either detected in the given
Packages file or specified by --architecture) in the architecture list.

that they should not exported and thus no prototype is needed.

src/error.c: rewrite debug_help to use puts
Fix a warning about a portability issue with long C strings (C compilers
do not need to support static strings longer than 509 characters
according to ISO C90).
