Data present in this directory are divided in two sections:
- seqFish data
    - provided from https://github.com/BIRSBiointegration/Hackathon/tree/master/seqFISH
        in the occasion of the BIRS Hackathon workshop.
        All the data were already preprocessed
- 10x_visium data
    - provided data are part of the 10x Genomics visium website, datasets section.
        They are provided as they are present at https://support.10xgenomics.com/spatial-gene-expression/datasets/1.1.0/V1_Adult_Mouse_Brain_Coronal_Section_1
