Looks like r-cran-igraph ships with a convenient copy of igraph and recompile everything using bad default.
Such as INTERNAL_BLAS, which will not be compatible with the C-igraph version

According to upstream it is not possible currently to simply link r-cran-igraph against C-igraph.
