To download and repack tarballs, stripping unused 3rd party content,
use `uscan --download-current-version`.

The renderdoc project maintains a fork of the swig project. This fork
has changes that renderdoc needs, but was unable to get accepted in
the upstream project. This fork in maintained and released under
https://github.com/baldurk/swig/.
