<p>This allows transitions to be composed before they are applied.</p>
<p><i>trans</i> - The top-level transition.</p>
<p><i>before</i> - If not None, a transition that is applied to the old and new screens, and used as the old screen for <i>trans</i>.</p>
<p><i>after</i> - If not None, a transition that is applied to the old and new screens, and used as the new screen for <i>trans</i>.</p>
<p>This may not work with all transitions.</p>
