Upstream has decided to change the way configuration is done with RetchMail.
RetchMail now uses uniconf so you are no longer limited to configuring
RetchMail with a file. However, the default configuration file has now
changed. The format is still the same, but the file is now:

	$HOME/.retchmail/retchmail.conf

and some form of configuration is required. If you have been using the
-c config_file option before you will now need to specify what type of
configuration is being used,
 e.g.
	retchmail -c config_file
 becomes
	retchmail -c ini:config_file
