Comments regarding the Package

I got back in contact with the author and sent him my patches for Bug#72200
and they are integrated into the 1.1 release (with some additional changes).

This is a nifty seemingly-unmaintained mixer. Last time it was updated was
like June 1997. I guess I'm the maintainer now...
