Compared to the upstream tarball, the debian tarball has the following removed
- The natia voice, which is not redistributable by organizations
- src/third-party/rapidxml, already packaged
- src/third-party/sonic, already packaged
- src/third-party/tclap, already packaged
- src/third-party/utf8, already packaged
- android, useless
Note: src/third-party/hts_engine is kept because RHVoice patches it.
