roleplaying for Debian

There have been some changes made to this package in order to make
it available in Debian:
- moved RPG.in to RPG.csh.in instead use a modified shell file (not C-shell
since it might not be installed in all systems)
- modified Makefile's so distclean is available and removes all Makefiles
generated from Makefile.in (must be done cleaner than a find!)
- modified some Makefiles to *really* clean the latex stuff
- modified the Makefile in Doc/ so they depend on docxx.sty (but in
the right directory)
TODO:
- Fix Doc/User since this documentation is not Makefile'd (ask maintainer)
- Make manpage for RPG
- Find ps files for the User documentation (there is a pdf file but no
graphics in source?)
