The <TT>start_row</TT> and <TT>end_row</TT> Tokens
</H2>
The <TT>start_row</TT> token is an abstract entity which allows the user
to arrange all forthcoming widgets in a row format.
<P>
Note that for every <TT>start_row</TT> token, there must be a <TT>end_row</TT> token.

The basic usage is as follows:
