Returns a copy of +self+ with trailing substring <tt>suffix</tt> removed:

  'hello'.delete_suffix('llo')      # => "he"
  'hello'.delete_suffix('hel')      # => "hello"
  'тест'.delete_suffix('ст')        # => "те"
  'こんにちは'.delete_suffix('ちは')  # => "こんに"
