  It has been necessary to repackage the original upstream
  source 'rush-1.7.tar.gz' in order to comply with DFSG.
  The change is limited to the removal of the directory
  'rush-1.7/doc/', where the Texinfo source was located.

  It was regarded as beneficial to see the binary package
  in the archive 'main'. However, the upstream author has
  assigned a GFDL-1.3 licensing to the Texinfo source, with
  explicit inclusion of front-cover and back-cover texts,
  thereby enforcing the presence of implicitly invariant
  sections. This is incompatible with the Debian Free Soft-
  ware Guidelines.
