saml for DEBIAN

This the Simple Algebraic Manipulation Libarary packaged 
for Debian GNU/Linux.  

Presently, the executable 'samuel' is not included.
Try  'man induce' and 'man factorint' for information on
these two executables.  The rules file for induce is
in /usr/lib/saml .
Try the example python scripts in /usr/doc/saml/examples
