.SH DESCRIPTION
\fVExecAppli\fR executes the application described by \fVcommand\fR
on the host \fVh\fR and gives it the name \fVappli\fR.
Arguments of the application can be also given in the string \fVcommand\fR.

After executing \fVExecAppli\fR, it is necessary to create links with
\fVCreateLink\fR to be able to send messages between applications.
