NAME
  ExecScilab - executes another local Scilab

CALLING SEQUENCE
  ExecScilab(appli)

PARAMETERS

  appli : string, name of new Scilab

DESCRIPTION
  ExecScilab executes a new Scilab application on the same host.

  After executing ExecScilab, it is necessary to create links with CreateLink
  to be able to send messages to new Scilab.

  Use ExecAppli to execute a new Scilab application on a remote host.
