  GetMsg - gets a pending message

PARAMETERS

  type : string

  msg : string

  appli : string, name of an application

DESCRIPTION
  GetMsg gets, in an asynchronous way, a message sent by another application.
  The type of the message is string and the message itself is msg.  The name
  of the application which has sent the message is appli,
