NAME
  mtlb_log2 - Base 2 logarithm.

  Base 2 logarithm.
      y = mtlb_log2(x) is the base 2 logarithm of the elements of x.

Usage

  y = mtlb_log2(x) ;
Input parameters
       o x : Real valued array [rx,cx]
Output parameters
       o y : Complex valued matrix [rx,cx] Base 2 logarithm of the input
         array x.
