CALLING SEQUENCE

PARAMETERS

  x,y            : two vectors of size (1,n1) and (1,n2)

  z              :  matrix of size (n1,n2)

DESCRIPTION
  milk_drop is a function  [z]=milk_drop(x,y) which can be used to test the
