: integer value (if = 1 a framed box is added around each title).

.SH DESCRIPTION
Add titles on a 2D or 3D Scilab plot. \fVxtit\fR stand for a general title
, \fVxax\fR for a title on the X-axis and \fVyax\fR for a title on the Y-axis.
 This function must be called after 
a call to the high level plotting function (\fVplot2d,plot3d,...\fR). If the 
arguments are matrices each line of the matrices is displayed on a different
line.
