.SH DESCRIPTION
given 2 column vectors \fVv\fR, \fV w\fR of same size, \fVhouseholder(v,w)\fR returns a unitary 
column vector \fVu\fR, such that \fV (eye-2*u*u')*v\fR is proportional to \fVw\fR.
\fV(eye-2*u*u')\fR is the orthogonal Householder reflexion matrix .

\fVw\fR default value is \fV eye(v)\fR. In this case vector \fV (eye-2*u*u')*v\fR is the 
vector  \fV eye(v)*norm(v)\fR.
