CALLING SEQUENCE
  [X,dim]=range(A,k)

PARAMETERS

  A    : real square matrix

  k    : integer

  X    : non-singular real matrix

  dim  : integer (dimension of subspace)

DESCRIPTION
  Computation of Range A^k ; the first dim columns of X span the range of
  A^k.
