PARAMETERS

  sl        : linear system (syslin list) assumed continuous-time and anti-
            stable.

  Q         : best stable approximation of Sl (syslin list).

DESCRIPTION
  Computes the best approximant Q of the linear system Sl

  is the  H-infinity norm of the Hankel operator associated with Sl.
