GENSQR_f - Scicos square wave generator

This block is a square wave generator: output takes values
\fV-M\fR and \fVM\fR. Every time an event is received on the input event port,
the output switches from \fV-M\fR to \fVM\fR, or \fVM to \fV-M\fR.
