  MIN_f - Scicos min block

DIALOGUE PARAMETERS
  None.

DESCRIPTION
  The block outputs the minimum of the input vector: y=min(u1,...un).  The
  input vector size is determined by the compiler according to the connected
  blocks port sizes.
