NAME
  loadwave - load a sound <<wav>> file into scilab

CALLING SEQUENCE
  x=loadwave('file-name');

PARAMETERS
  x : vector

DESCRIPTION
  Read a wav sound file into Scilab. you can transform other sound files into
  wav file with the sox program.
