\fVerrbar\fR adds vertical error bars on a 2D plot. 
\fVx\fR and \fVy\fR have the same meaning as in \fVplot2d\fR.
\fVem(i,j)\fR and \fVep(i,j)\fR stands for the error interval on the 
value \fVy(i,j)\fR: \fV[y(i,j)-em(i,j),y(i,j)+ep(i,j)]\fR.
