   errclear - error clearing
  
CALLING SEQUENCE
 errclear([n])
DESCRIPTION
   clears the action (error-handler) connected to error of type  n.
  
   If n is positive, it is the number of the cleared error ; otherwise all
  errors are cleared (default case)
