NAME
   AdCommunications - advanced communication toolbox for parallel
  programming
  
DESCRIPTION
   This the beta version of the Advanced Communications Toolbox (ACT).  This
  toolbox is based on existing libraries, such as   PVM - Parallel Vitual
  Machine  PBLAS - Message Passing Library dedicated to Matrix  ScaLapack -
  Parallel linear algebra Library  ACT manage remote executions of
  softwares and allow efficient exchanges of messages between those
  softwares. It offers the possibility to exploit numerous machines on a
  network, as a virtual computer, by creating a distributed group of
  independent softwares.
