PARAMETERS
 o          : Scicos block data structure (see scicos_block)
            
 x          : x coordinate of the block origin (bottom left corner)
            
 y          : y coordinate of the block origin (bottom left corner)
            
DESCRIPTION
   standard_origin is the Scilab function used to get standard blocks
  position in interfacing functions.
