.SH DESCRIPTION
Given an ascii  file created by Excel using "Text and comma" format
\fVexel2sci(fname)\fR returns the corresponding Scilab matrix of
strings. Use \fVexel2sci(fname,sep )\fR for an other choice of
separator.

Note: You may eval all or part ot \fVM\fR using function \fVevstr\fR.
