<para><literal>dragrect</literal> arrasta um ou mais retngulos para
qualquer lugar da tela. A matriz rect 4xn define os retngulos. Cada
coluna de <literal>initial_rect</literal> deve conter a posio inicial do
retngulo como valores [x_esquerdo;y_topo;largura;altura]. Quando um boto
clicado, <literal>dragrect</literal> retorna as definies dos
retngulos finais em <literal>final_Rect</literal>.</para>
