scponlyc \- chrooted version of scponly

.SH DESCRIPTION
scponlyc is the chrooted version of scponly. It chroots into the
user's home directory before proceeding operations.

You need to set up a chroot jail in the user's home directory. You can
use /usr/share/doc/scponly/setup_chroot for that.
