secvpn for Debian
-----------------
This package is part of a commercial secure virtual private network
solution from Hewlett Packard. (see directory commercial/).

It is is based on "The VPN HOWTO" from
Arpad Magosanyi <mag@bunuel.tii.matav.hu> v0.2,7 Aug1997.

   *****************************************************
*** Please read the VPN HOWTO, before reading ***
*** the documentation of the secvpn package. ***
   *****************************************************

To use the secvpn ...

1. you have to ensure, that a ssh connection as root from the active
secvpn-host to root or secvpn on the passive secvpn-host is possible
   without password.

2. you have to edit /etc/network/secvpn.conf.

3. each host that should use secvpn, has to use the secvpn-host,
as router for every connection, that should use the secvpn.

Debian Release relevant changes are documented in changelog as usual.
All changes done during development, which is now done on alioth.debian.org,
can be found in ChangeLog.
