The filelist format changed from version 0.61 to 0.70.
Your old filelist, if any, will be incompatible and cause complaints.
You can either delete your old filelist and start accumulating
a new one, or you can edit it manually -- see the manpage
under FILELIST for details.
The seedata file format was also slightly changed, but your
old file will still be mostly compatible. The exception would
be for manpages without explicit sections -- these will not be
detected, so you will need to add the section manually. See the
new manpage under CONFIGURATION -> "seedata".
