SeqAn1 source

The upstream source was heavily stripped.  On one hand the usual cleanup
of non-free files was done.  But also the dirs extra and core/apps are
removed from the Debian source tarball since the applications are not build
any more from the seqan1 source which is end of life.  Please see the
seqan applications from SeqAn2.
