This is the Debian GNU/Linux prepackaged version of sharefont
THIS SOFTWARE IS SHAREWARE AND REQUIRES A PAYMENT FOR USE!!!
I am the one who put together sharefont in 1995 and put it on sunsite.
It is available from sunsite.unc.edu/pub/Linux/X11/fonts.
The copyrights for the fonts vary. Look into /usr/doc/sharefont/copyrights.tar.gz
for the individual copyrights for each font. Each font requires a payment if
used for a longer period of time! Or there are other restrictions associated
with it!
If you actually pay money for one or more of the fonts in this package then I
expect to be cut in. For the work of putting together this package I expect $10
or 10% of the fee paid to the authors of the fonts whichever is higher.
