Shinken for Debian

USAGE
The "shinken" meta-package installs all mandatory packages to have the
"shinken" WebUI available at "http://localhost:7767".
After install you can use it with the following credentials :
* Username: admin
* Password: admin
CONFIGURATION
You can change admin password and add user in "/etc/shinken/contacts.cfg".
Please change the 'auth_secret' option in
"/etc/shinken/shinken-specific/broker-webui.cfg".
