The Debian Package 'sigscheme'

As of 0.7.1, the sigscheme source package builds five binary
packages: sigscheme, libsscm1, libsscm-dev, libgcroots0, and libgcroots-dev.

Manual sscm.1 was added by NIIBE Yutaka for Debian distribution.
