MAMMO:

org/simrisc branch 'danielle' commit

    9e330849e41b97620df89749415dbff06658713b

reproduces the statistics shown in the log of
the new program master branch commit f0bd210fca18b6d4206661b34f262a5d4f66ff69

To reproduce execute 'run', processing input/control.txt, reading
input/conf-mam-50-75-2.xml

According to the new program master git log commit
dbf138eb84d5bdf1726fcfe88d07fc2428a27ffa the output of the program built in
commit f0bd210fca18b6d4206661b34f262a5d4f66ff69 should reproduce the output
produced by the orginal program.

In fact, the random number generator was not included there and to reproduce
the statistics from org/simrisc the new program's commit
ef6eb46b39a4b20565e815ee9aef660f263e4c95 must be used.

To reproduce execute runn 100000

MRI:

The mri analysis by org/simrisc branch 'danielle' uses commit

    998267baf15b9f1cf520b7248d0bbb7a18b8dd70

the mri results are obtained when executing

    runmri

producing test3/sensitivity.txt

    Iter WomenYears TotalCosts
    0 7499119.500000 382360128.000000

The new program's mri-from-2020-08-27 branch, commit

    80c852db372ff180f3d39b06b98046a5f7120ab2

also performs the mri analysis by running

    runnmri 100000

producing output/sensitivity.txt:

    Iteration, Women years, Total costs
    0, 7499007, 382313186

The compsens program produces:

    Originally:
    7.49912e+06 3.8236e+08

    New simrisc:
    7.49901e+06 3.82313e+08
    1.00002 1.00012

After extracting specificity and sensitivity values for MRI in the new program
(master branch) the new program also produces comparable results. Compsens
produces:

    Originally:
    7.49912e+06 3.8236e+08

    New simrisc:
    7.49545e+06 3.80913e+08

Using pure randomly generated values:
