Execute a command within container (root user only)

Usage:
  singularity oci exec <container_ID> <command> <args>

Description:
  Exec will execute the provided command/arguments within container identified 
  by container ID.

Options:
  -h, --help   help for exec


Examples:
  $ singularity oci exec mycontainer id
