sispmctl (4.11-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  The sispmctl user is no longer being created and no longer used by the
  package. If you do not use this user, you may delete it. Beware that
  deluser and userdel both also delete the corresponding group, which still
  is in use by the udev rules and the example systemd unit.

      userdel sispmctl
      systemd-sysuser
