<H1>SlepcInitialize</H1>
Initializes the SLEPc library. <A HREF="../sys/SlepcInitialize.html#SlepcInitialize">SlepcInitialize</A>() calls <A HREF="https://petsc.org/release/manualpages/Sys/PetscInitialize.html#PetscInitialize">PetscInitialize</A>() if that has not been called yet, so this routine should always be called near the beginning of your program.
