Iterative refinement of eigenpairs is currently used only in the contour
integral method.
<P>
Use <A HREF="https://petsc.org/release/manualpages/Sys/PETSC_CURRENT.html#PETSC_CURRENT">PETSC_CURRENT</A> to retain the current value of any of the parameters.
Use <A HREF="https://petsc.org/release/manualpages/Sys/PETSC_DETERMINE.html#PETSC_DETERMINE">PETSC_DETERMINE</A> for either argument to assign a default value computed
internally.
