The internal arrays are not reallocated.
<P>
Some <A HREF="../DS/DS.html#DS">DS</A> types have additional dimensions, e.g. the number of columns
in <A HREF="../DS/DSSVD.html#DSSVD">DSSVD</A>. For these, you should call a specific interface function.
<P>
Use <A HREF="https://petsc.org/release/manualpages/Sys/PETSC_CURRENT.html#PETSC_CURRENT">PETSC_CURRENT</A> to leave any of the values unchanged. Use <A HREF="https://petsc.org/release/manualpages/Sys/PETSC_DETERMINE.html#PETSC_DETERMINE">PETSC_DETERMINE</A>
to set n to the leading dimension, l to the minimum value (0), and k to n/2.
