complete, then parameter "its" contains either the iteration number at
which convergence was successfully reached, or failure was detected.
Call <A HREF="../SVD/SVDGetConvergedReason.html#SVDGetConvergedReason">SVDGetConvergedReason</A>() to determine if the solver converged or
failed and why.
